How Does This Smoothie Help With Weight Loss?
In order to keep this smoothie flavorful but without tons of fat and calories, I started by using nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt. It adds a lovely sweetness and creaminess. I also use 100% cranberry juice, not juice cocktail, to cut down on sugar. Cucumbers and peaches are naturally healthy and low fat foods. I also add Stevia instead of sugar, and flax meal for added fiber and nutrition. Drinking this smoothie for breakfast will start your diet days off right!
