I’m Brooke Griffin Farmer

I’m a former NFL cheerleader turned USA Today bestselling author, founder and former CEO of a multi-million-dollar media company

Writer. Dreamer. Mama. Builder of Homes, Words, and Women

I've built a women’s wellness brand that grew to nearly a million subscribers—before I stepped away to focus on motherhood, healing, and building a different kind of legacy. I’m a wife to Daron, mama to three incredible kids (Easton made me a mother, and Hailey and Ethan were gifts I gained when I married the love of my life), and the kind of girl who believes supper can save us, because what feeds your body can also feed your soul. Around here, home isn’t just where we live. It’s where healing happens. It’s where laughter echoes, faith deepens, and purpose is born.

from ashes to beauty

I believe in dreams—the kind that refuse to die, even when you’ve had to lay them down for a season.

From small-town Kentucky to the NFL sidelines, the Fitness Universe stage, and into the tech world, I’ve lived many lives. I once scaled a national brand that reached over six million women. But the real transformation came after I walked away.

I traded platform for peace.

Performance for presence.

Hustle for healing.

I untangled from codependency, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and generational strongholds.

I rebuilt from the inside out. And in the quiet, I found my truest calling: to help women do the same.

Break free. Dream big. Build a legacy that lasts.

What I Build

Yes, my husband and I build custom homes through our family business.

But I’m also a builder of stories, strategies, brands, and spaces that carry both beauty and breakthrough.

My work lives at the intersection of creativity, legacy, and restoration.
I’ve helped nonprofits, churches, and brands find their voice and tell their stories in ways that feel real, resonant, and lasting. I love creating things that matter—with women who are ready to rise. If it involves dreaming with God, making beauty from ashes, or creating something that will outlive us? I’m all in.

a few of my favorite things

Cheering people on (especially when they’ve forgotten how)

Porch swings, playlists that heal, and walks that turn into prayers

Breakthrough conversations and stories that change lives

Helping women find their voice, their purpose, and their joy again

Here's what I know for sure

You don’t have to choose between being spiritual and strategic

You can love sprinkles and Scripture, spreadsheets and surrender

You can be a dreamer, a doer, and a daughter—all at the same time

You can be soft
and strong

This space is for you if

  • You’ve carried a family, a
    vision, or a secret battle

  • You’ve laid down your dreams for a season and wondered if it’s too late

  • You’re ready to build something new—from wholeness, not hustle

If that’s you, I hope you’ll find something here that reminds you

You’re not too late. You’re right on time. You’re not behind—you’re being rebuilt. And the best stories? They often start in the middle. It’s never too late to dream again.
