Are There Good Fats Inside Salmon?

Salmon is one of the most nutrient-rich foods on this Earth. It is flaky, savory, delicious, and has a gorgeous pink hue. One of the most notable benefits to salmon is its high concentration of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty compounds, which are the good polyunsaturated fats that our bodies need but do not produce on their own. Salmon is so healthy, and it can be turned into anything; burgers, cakes, salad, soups, and so much more!

Add more salmon to your diet and your body will thank you. For more salmon recipes, try my Easy Blackened Salmon Recipe!

Baked Salmon Burgers

Shape the mixture into 6 equally sized burger patties, about ¾ cup per patty. Evenly space patties on a baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops of the burgers with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, make the Chili Lime Sauce by whisking mayo, chili powder, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.

When burgers are cooked through, remove them from the oven. Serve burgers on buns, topped with 1 tablespoon Chili Lime Sauce, ⅓ cup of spring mix, and a lime wedge.
