What Healthy Ingredients Are in These Cookies?

There are tons of ingredients in these no-bake cookies that are good for you. Peanut butter is used as a binder in these cookies, and is full of protein and magnesium. Oats are among the healthiest grains that promote weight loss, reduce your risk of heart disease, and are great for lowering blood pressure. Almond milk is another healthy ingredient that offers anti-aging and healthy skin benefits. My secret ingredient is chocolate protein powder, which make these cookies awesome to eat before or after a workout.
