This entire recipe is done in the blender, which makes it super simple! I combine strawberries, white balsamic, Dijon, garlic, and poppy seeds in the blender. Then, I blend until everything is homogenous. The sweet and tangy dressing pairs perfectly with any salad greens, fruits, veggies, or croutons. Ingredients:

  • strawberries
  • white balsamic vinegar
  • canola oil
  • stevia
  • minced garlic
  • Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • poppy seeds

How to Make Light and Easy Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing:

Ingredients for Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing

First, combine all of the dressing ingredients except the poppy seeds together in a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth.

Blended Strawberry Dressing

Stir in the poppy seeds and transfer to an airtight bottle or container with a lid (like a mason jar) and store in the refrigerator.

This dressing is done completely in the blender, using fresh ingredients like strawberries and garlic. Perfect on any salad, sweet or savory!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar, or regular, but the dressing will be darker
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tbsp Stevia, or your favorite no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all of the dressing ingredients except the poppy seeds together in a high-speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
