This Keto Sesame Crusted Chicken Recipe is a great weeknight dinner option as its easy and cooks in less than 10 minutes. You can plan ahead by prepping the sweet soy sauce marinade and covering the chicken a few hours before preparing or even a day before. I especially love this recipe if you are following a low carb or Keto diet plan as its low in carbs and sugars.  My family enjoys this meal with one of our favorite side dishes, my Creamy Mashed Cauliflower Recipe.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil.  Place the chicken in a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the bag. Discard the marinade and pour the sesame seeds into a shallow dish and press the chicken into the seeds, coating all sides.

Over medium-high heat, melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the chicken and cook until done, 4-6 minutes on each side.
