An ideal healthy breakfast consists of fruit, oats, yogurt, and maybe some orange juice. My Strawberry Pineapple Breakfast Smoothie has all of those things, and more! This smoothie is filling, just like a meal, and is ideal for an optimal breakfast. First, I begin by readying all of my fruit. I like to use pineapple and fresh strawberries. Next, add the fruit, yogurt, oats, orange juice, and honey into the blender and blend until smooth. This Strawberry Pineapple Breakfast Smoothie is a complete breakfast in one cup!

Oats, Greek yogurt, strawberries, pineapple, and orange juice all come together to make the ultimate breakfast smoothie!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup canned pineapple (in its own juice)
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sugar orange juice
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup strawberries or raspberries
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
