The end result is an extremely nutritious juice that you made yourself, with your favorite ingredients! You can juice almost any fruit or vegetable and make all kinds of different combinations that suit your taste buds. Plus, with juicing, you can get all your servings of fruits and veggies in one sitting! In my green juice, I use pineapple, broccoli, spinach, cucumber, and mint. Yum!

This delicious homemade juice is made right in your juicer, with sweet pineapple, spinach, broccoli, cucumber and fresh mint. You'll never buy juice from the store again!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small English cucumber
  • 2-3 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Juice all of the ingredients in a juicer.
  • Serve chilled over ice.
